Mixed Group Training

Your very welcome to J MAX FITNESS. Recently we offered the opportunity for both our female & male clients to train together. This opportunity has been a resounding success with all our clients enjoying the different dynamic, energy & competition mixed group training uniquely offers. All our mixed training programmes have one simple goal- To help you move better and to enhance both your physical & mental health. Through our warm-ups we focus daily on helping you improve soft tissue quality, flexibility, mobility & upper & lower body power. Our structured mixed training programmes caters for the needs of all ages & fitness levels. We combine our training system with individual nutritional information, support & weekly monitoring & assessment to help all our clients achieve their goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle toning, muscle gain, enhancing sports performance or building full body strength & enhancing your cardiovascular fitness & conditioning? We can provide the programme for you !!

All of our mixed training groups has a maximum of 20 clients.

Male Total Body Conditioning

Male Total Body Conditioning: Is our collection of  Strength Training Programmes that we individually offer to our male clients. Depending on your needs you will be following either a Metabolic Resistance, Hypertrophy or Strength training programme. Each client has their own individual training programme to follow during their workout & this is weekly assessed & progressed by us. Strength Training not only increases your resting metabolism by about 7 percent and helps minimise muscle loss. But when you strength train, you get more calorie-torching bang for your buck. Training with resistance / weights keeps your body working long after you’ve stopped lifting. This process is commonly called the “after-burn.”

Strength / Resistance training is by far the best training method to help you burn fat, build muscle & achieve the strength & physique you desire.

Female Strength

Inactive females experience a 3 to 6 percent loss of muscle mass per decade.

Athletic Performance Programmes

Athletic Performance Programmes: Is our specialist training programmes that we offer to all our athletes. The foundation of our training programmes is to improve the athletes movement.  All our athletic performance programmes focus on – injury reduction & rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, agility, explosive power development, strength training and energy systems development. Athletes are closely instructed & supervised as our coaches takes them through an intense 60-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.

All of our Athletic Performance Programmes are suitable for both female & male junior & senior athletes. We are specialists in helping you maximise your sporting potential.
